In September 2022 Col’Cacchio Pizzeria, in partnership with Chef Pete Goffe-Wood, and Col’Cacchio’s Travel the World Campaign, launched a cause marketing campaign with FoodForward SA as the beneficiary charity. A percentage of sales of Chef Pete’s signature Smokey Joe Pizza was donated to FoodForward SA.

Thanks to pizza lovers, the campaign was a huge success and enabled us to distribute 35,000 meals to organisations such as those caring for orphaned and vulnerable children as well as the aged and frail.

We’re grateful to have been the beneficiary of this amazing initiative by Col’Cacchio and honoured by their confidence in our team to address hunger throughout South Africa. Thank you, Chef Pete, for adding your special touch and passion to this initiative!
